Founder & CEO
Piyush Shah is a seasoned leader in the medical device industry with over 20 years of global experience spanning R&D, product development, and regulatory approvals across India and the USA. He has played a key role in launching multiple FDA and CE-approved devices, including infusion pumps, insulin pumps, cardiac catheters, and medical software systems. Piyush specializes in building high-performing global teams, driving innovation, and delivering clinically impactful solutions. He holds a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University and leads with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Rahul S Kulkarni is a seasoned Technical Lead at MEDtech, with over 20 + years of experience in engineering, system architecture, and product development. He leads the design, testing, and integration of advanced medical technologies, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and compliant with clinical and regulatory standards. His collaborative approach bridges R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams to accelerate product delivery. Rahul is passionate about using technology to solve real-world healthcare challenges and enhance patient outcomes.
