N P Medtech partnered with a medical device company to develop a Vein Finder device for clinical use. The objective was to deliver a reliable, brand-ready product designed for customization and scalable manufacturing.

The Requirement

The client required a clinically effective Vein Finder device that could be adapted to their brand identity and prepared for production. Key requirements included consistent vein visualization, safe operation, a compact form factor, and readiness for OEM branding and distribution.

Our Role 

N P Medtech acted as the engineering and development partner, supporting the program from design refinement through prototype development and manufacturing preparation. The final product was developed to allow seamless branding, packaging, and market positioning by the client.

Our Approach

Our team worked on device electronics, optics integration, and embedded firmware to ensure stable performance and clear vein visualization. The enclosure and internal layout were optimized for usability, durability, and manufacturability. We also prepared the design for customization, ensuring the device could be easily adapted for different branding and market needs.

The Outcome

A fully functional Vein Finder device was delivered and ready for branding and production. The product met performance expectations and provided the client with a market-ready device without the need to build an internal engineering team.
